Refund policy

All Petamomus products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because each item is custom-produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or change of mind. We do accept returns or offer replacements for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. If your order arrives with a print error, manufacturing defect, or the wrong item, please contact us at joes@petamomus.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. To initiate a claim, email us with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.
